- During the 72-Hour Pre-Order Window: Need to change a size or cancel your order? No problem at all! Just reply to your confirmation email with your request, and we will get it sorted out for you, no questions asked.
- After the Pre-Order Window Closes: Once the 72-hour window is over, all sales become final. At this point, your shirt is already in the queue with our local print partner and is being made specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for size after this period. Please double-check the size chart before the window closes!
