Shipping Policy

This page outlines everything you need to know about how we process and ship your items.

Our merchandise is produced on a limited, made-to-order basis. This helps us reduce waste and partner with our local printer effectively.

• Your order is confirmed once the pre-order window closes.

• Production then begins, and your order will be ready to ship within 7-10 business days after the sale ends. "Business days" refers to Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

• Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage™.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that this is an estimate provided by the carrier and is not guaranteed.

We are currently shipping to our international community in the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

• Important Note for International Customers: Duties and Taxes

  International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ryan Kelly Comedy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

• This policy is known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

Once an item is shipped and in the possession of the mail carrier, Youth Pastor Ryan, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
