Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and the community it represents. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to be as fair as possible while accommodating our custom, made-to-order process.

1. During the Pre-Order Window

Our merchandise is sold during limited-time pre-order windows (typically 72 hours).

  • Changes & Cancellations: If you need to change your size, update your shipping address, or cancel your order for a full refund, you can do so at any time while the pre-order window is still open.

  • How to Make a Change: Please reply directly to your order confirmation email with your request, and we will take care of it for you promptly.

2. After the Pre-Order Window Closes

Once the pre-order sale event ends, all sales are considered final.

  • At this point, your order is locked in and has been sent to our local print partner to be custom-made just for you. We are therefore unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or size exchanges after this period.

  • Please be sure to consult the size chart on the product page before the sale ends to ensure you have the perfect fit!

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right.

Please contact us at alex@liquidverve.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
