Many of our products are sold on a limited-time pre-order basis. The ordering window will be clearly stated on the product page.

• Production Time: All products are made-to-order after the pre-order window closes. Please allow the production time stated on the product page (typically 7-10 business days) before your order ships.

• Shipping: Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the carrier.

• International Orders: For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• During the Pre-Order Window: You may request a change to your order (e.g., size) or a full refund at any time during the active pre-order window (e.g., the 72-hour sale period). To do so, please contact us with your order number.

• After the Pre-Order Window Closes: Once the pre-order window closes, all sales are considered final and we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, as your product is already being custom-made for you.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [Your Support Email Address] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
